Our major participation carnival is just around the corner. On Tuesday 19 June students will be competing at multiple venues in their chosen sports.
Fixtures and carnival information is now available for all 4 sports. Please be aware that occasionally schools need to make last minute changes which will require fixture amendments. Links below:
Yesterday we had our annual CPSSA basketball carnival and it was an absolute thriller. Close games, talented players and a noisy stadium filled with cheering – we had it all!
St Bernadette’s won both the girls and boys competition. You can find a summary of results here.
We are only a few weeks out from our Winter Lightning Carnival. Children choose to compete in either football, soccer, netball or volleyball. Schools are busily finalising their teams, fixtures will be finalised and posted ASAP.

Please be aware that Cockburn Basketball have requested that students do not bring their own basketballs from home. A warm up and game ball will be provided from by the stadium.
Term 1 is flying by which means our first carnival of the year is nearly here! Our schools will be hosting their own house carnivals over the next couple weeks then interschool preparations begin.
The CPSSA carnival will be held at Rockingham Aquatic Centre again this year on Tuesday 10 April (week 11). A spectator program for the event can be downloaded from our swimming carnival page.
We are back again for another year of interschool sport! Our first event is still a while away – swimming at Rockingham Aquatic on 10 April at Rockingham Aquatic. Good luck to all the students and teachers preparing for their own house swimming carnivals. We look forward to seeing the interschool squads in action at the end of the term!
We concluded our 2017 events with a exciting and sunny day of cricket at Santich Park. Well done to all the students who participated. I would like to thank Cherie Pernie and her staff at the WACA for supporting and umpiring our carnival. I would also like to thank Cockburn Little Athletics for opening their canteen and allowing us to use their excellent facilities.
