Congratulations to Queen of Apostles and St Bernadette’s Catholic Primary Schools for taking home shields at our recent basketball carnival.

18 teams from our 9 schools travelled to Cockburn Basketball Stadium for this annual event. There were many close finishes and even some draws in the round-robin competition which made for an exciting day. Our teams were supported well by teachers and parents who played their role in coaching and scoring during the carnival. Thank you to the staff and referees at Cockburn Basketball Association for their continued support of the CPSSA.

The boys division was won by Queen of Apostles with 6 wins and no losses. The girls division was tied between St Bernadette’s and Queen of Apostles as both teams were also undefeated with 6 wins and no losses.

See our photo gallery for more great pictures from the day’s action.
